21403 Annapolis, Md Cut the cable and switched to 300/300 service and all test show full 300 service but it is acting more like a 56 k modem. How can it be reading full service but everything is constantly buffering.

Have not been able to make calls or receive calls. Also cannot send or receive texts in Tallahassee fl since Tuesday evening. What is the problem ? This has been happening monthly with Verizon. I find this APPALLING
