Hernando,FL 34442 can't activate the phone due to the crowd strike outages we tried the go to kit sim card y Verizon it failed to activate then we tried Total wireless sim card it says it activate the phone and it just locked the whole phone up say the sim chip is not compatible with the phone and its is compatible with the phone my dad bought this phone on your website and I believe the phone has been tamper before it was sold we believe the sim card port is damaged.
