Ft Walton Beach 32548 I have had constant outages since jan. Tech comes out says there is no problem, the latest tech switched out a connector. That worked about as long as it took him to get out of my driveway. Normally they swap out my modem that works for maybe 2 weeks. Im tired of no net. We have no other provider besides satelitte and on the beach with the winds i dont see how that would be much better. Any suggestions!

I got similar issues and support service did nothing about it, so I was recommended to contact #POULSEN1296 on Instagram he successfully fixed my COX services in less than an hour, I suggest you contact him

Gainesville Fl 32605. Every day lose internet 6 or more times a day. I an filing a complaint with FCC cause Cox does not care. When you work from home you lose $ is Cox going to give me a discount? Technicians are useless.

After multiple issues with the Internet over the weekend in 24014 they decided they would have unscheduled maintenance to improve services and then magically three hours after my estimated return of service time there is an outage that is going to take five hours to fix. What is the point, Cox??? Just get out of the way for better infrastructure and technology!

72703, Fayetteville, AR - Internet outage since 2:30 AM on 3/30. Nearly 48 hours of outage since the Springdale EF3 tornado. Up to this point, Cox has provided no timetable for repair.

91977 Spring Valley, CA Ildica Way and Ildica- Cox went out at 3amTuesday 3/29/22 and it's 10:30 Thursday 3/31/22. The Cable, Internet, Phone, and Home life Security is all out!!!! There is NO RESPOND at Cox on why, just a recording stating their Technicians are working on it.. For over 30 hours

89081 North Las Vegas Phone down for 5 days, Cox cannot even give a timeframe of when it will be fixed. Not too much competition which is why they don't care about their customers. Incompetent company!

22180 - Merrifield, VA, I talked to a live agent and they said that it was my own router that had issues. Minutes later I log into cox.com and there’s a network outage. This occurred 3 times over the last 24 hours and it’s still not resolved. Upload speed is less than 1MB before each network outage.

22079 - Lorton VA. Internet went down on Monday just as the snow started. Still down at this time and no ETA on when we will get it back, just that we are working on it. Our entire business park is basically shut down due to lousy service which has always been a trademark of COX, unfortunately we cannot get Verizon or any other service or we would switch in a second. This is killing our remote people who cannot VPN into the server to get any work done.

Service out since this morning in Papillion. They just tell you there is a problem and they are working on it, nothing about adjustment on bill when you ask. Some people need internet to work from home.

Mesa Arizona. I have been having unreliable service for two weeks. I have called and chatted to no avail. I called the other day and Cox representative tried to say it was our router. We've been through that dance before. We have purchased three different routers based on Cox assertions. The problem is not the router. The problem is Cox. I have decided to file an FCC complaint. Cox gigablast only giving 75mbps currently. For the last few months on Wi-Fi it has been 0.87mbps, which is impossible to load anything because it goes down from there. Went with Ethernet thinking it would be almost 1000mbps but now 65-78 mbps. ISP shouldn't be allowed to throttle, which is what I think is happening. Don't pay for unlimited gigablast because you're only going to get the step above the basic package

67215 - Wichita, KS. 8th or 9th day in a row with a declared outage before I even get through to tech support. They can't seem to fix the issue, which is ironic since there is both a Field Network Tech Supervisor (main line techs) and Field Service Rep (guys who come to your home) that live in my neighborhood.

We have had no service for 3 days in Phoenix 85029. Getting different reasons why it’s out or they say no issues and want to keep trouble shooting. One of the Cox repair trucks told us the city of Phoenix cut the cable lines trying to repair a water main break on the Corner of Sweetwater & 36th.

I am here in Phoenix, AZ 85032 and this is our first time that we had issues with Cox. I had Cox for a very long time, and I need to say that we have been down for 4 days and my husband and I work at home. It is unacceptable. My husband contacted Cox and they said that the technicians are working on it and could not tell us what is going on, which is not good. I am surprised due to the pandemic that Cox should know that most people are still working at home and rely on a good internet connection. What are you guys doing about this?? We need a credit on our bill since we have not been using the internet for 4 days. I had to purchase a hotspot from Verizon just to make sure that I have a connection at all times. This is a backup for us. You are almost as worst as Century Link which we may switch just because.

70809. When I try to check for Cox info, just brings me back to billing page. Told yesterday I’d be back up at 11am. Today got told 4 hours til a fix. Nothing yet. Figure it’s a holiday weekend. I sure hope they take all these days without service off my bill. Anybody know of a fast internet service that isn’t Cox? Ready to move on.....
