A week now the service been out and they keep moving the goalposts as to when it will be restored,awful service provider,and if you have another service available, please dont sign on to mediacom.

New problem. Had mediacom tech come out Saturday to try to fix our cable outage and worked fine for Saturday and Sunday and now this morning NO INTERNET AND NO CABLE. SO PISSED RIGHT NOW!!
