Montoursville, PA 17754 So tired of this crap. Only internet provider Ik of who goes out constantly. This s**t works better in inclement weather than when it's clear outside. Literally how it is now. If Xfinity was 2 miles out of my service zone I'd be w/ them over these a**holes. Service is incredible when it runs, but too many outages and goes out WAY too frequently for me. For the amount of money ppl pay for this garbage, they should be refunding us for the fact there's more down time than up time. How the hell can u be an internet provider, but can't maintain service for ur d**n customers??? Nearing 1 AM here, and I can never go to sleep till around 3 or 4. No TV b/c the Zito TV service sicks, so I rely on Sling and multiple streaming platforms, and of course u need what w/ that.... internet. Internet that is once again out for about the hundredth time. Guess I'll be shoving my fingers in my a** b/c there is nothing better to do.

Located in ZION area. I cannot believe the poor reception on your digital TV. I suspect you are over subscribed since it keeps connecting every 30 seconds + no reception at all on the basic 40 channels. A connection to a satellite service keeps looking better and better

Internet phone down almost 2 weeks 17853 snyder county. Luckily we also have satellite because Zito is so unreliable.Zito takes 45 min to answer phone than hangs up when you try to report the outage.

dubois 15801, internet is ass. i get 80 ping or more to servers hosted here, internet goes out frequently, and sometimes it has a panic attack and goes down to 0.12 download speed on speedtest.net. literally only using because the only other provider in the area is verizon, would never use again

Burney California, Internet has been down here for 2 days. Zito lied and said they’d be out to fix it today. Called a second time, said they can’t send someone till Monday now.
