Burney California, Internet has been down here for 2 days. Zito lied and said they’d be out to fix it today. Called a second time, said they can’t send someone till Monday now.

Sterling, NE 68443 Internet had been out for over 24 hours hours now. Would like some kind of reason or ETA on internet being back up but of course noone had any answers to anything.

I Live in Belleville, Pa. 17004 but the Zito system is either headquartered in Mifflintown or Lewistown Pennsylvania. at about 6:15 today (March 19) the cable went out at 6:15 and now at 7"45 it is still out. What ticks me off the most is the fact there is no local number to call and NOBODY answers the 800 number. I have heard many complaints about their other products. We used to have a mom and pop cable owner. Good service and even the owners would take phone calls from customers. They sold to a small regional system and that system then sold it to Zito. Such very poor customer service. Can not get ahold of them at all. I wish there were more options for cable. Please do not suggest a dish because I do not want to get involved in a long term contract situation.

what a run around we have in Palestine, tx. service has been dwn since 2-15-21 and it is still not up (3-10-21) I don't think they have anyone working on it because nothing changes except their story. very poorly run.......
