Wingfield Rd. Zip 96130 Wifi down for several days. Awful customer service. No wifi. No contact from Zito. No estimate of recovery. No use. Will switch as soon as I find another source.

Internet works fine from 10 pm to 6 am from 6 am to 10 pm no internet which means no tv since u need internet to run roku

You still won’t get put through to a person for support, but you will have the satisfaction of expressing yourself to a person in sales, since Zito does apparently staff that role. Problematic? Then ANSWER YOUR SUPPORT LINE ZITO!

55616 Two Harbors MN internet is still down - since last night! Initial call to Zito played recorded message that service was down. Now that message is not playing, but our service has not restored. Ours is a business, we pay for a higher level of service, and we can’t even get information on when service will be restored or what the outage is about.

55603 - My internet has been running at <1 Gbps since the 21st of May 2021. It is now the 3rd of July 2021. I was unable to call Zito due to not having phone service. I sent Zito numerous messages from their website explaining my issue and why I cannot call them. After several days of sending them messages from their website (two different methods), and via Email with no response they finally sent me a single email with the message "what can I do for you?" and their phone number. I responded to this email numerous times with zero response from Zito. I tried to text them at their text number using my text app. I finally someone finally responded. I was told numerous times over the following month that my service would be restored within 48 hours. Nothing was ever fixed. I was told that I needed to call them so we could deal with the issues over the phone... I finally got a working SIM card a couple of days ago and called them yesterday (there was no time the prior two days due to a full schedule). It took a few minutes of tests to figure out that the issue was hardware and not software or user. Nothing in the phone conversation couldn't have been dealt with via text or email while I was without a working SIM card. Zito scheduled someone to come out today (8am-noon) to fix my internet. I sat around all day waiting and no one bothered to show up. No one called. I am fed up with ZITO. This is the most half-assed internet company I have ever had the displeasure of using. I cannot believe I returned all of my Starlink equipment to sign up with this junky company just to save $50 per month. My advice, based on my experience, is to never ever use ZITO Media for anything. They have shown me beyond a reasonable doubt that they care nothing about me as a person or a customer. Oh... and they refused to compensate me more than a $15 credit because they had no documentation on this issue. I said that was ridiculous and they offered to transfer me to retention. They hung up on me while I was on hold.

Yet again junk! This company should pay the customers, when the internet goes in and out every 5 minutes! Unfortunately they know that in Mountain Home Idaho they can get away with it, because of the extremely limited internet providers!

Mountain Home Idaho. Zito internet really sucks!!! Hopefully sooner than later to this town will connect to fiber optic then they will lose all customers overnight!!

Internet has been going off and on, on the regular 10 min intervals going on 4 weeks now....atleast 3-10 times a day...when we called they say aware and work order been open for over week with no details or expected fix time...we are still waiting on bigger companies to move out to our neighborhood and we will leave Zito behind in a heartbeat....

We loose internet between 12 and 2 am, but lately it’s been going out throughout the day and there’s ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON!! The only way is to let your bill go past it’s due date!!! They need better customer service and to communicate with their customers more...

Everyday we lose internet at around 3 pm. It's now 5 pm and nothing. Our cable is brand new from their box on the street to our new modem. As a matter of fact i had to spend about $2000 out of my own pocket to trench across the street to their cable box because our business wasn't worth them fixing their box on our side of the street. I'm not asking for anything except what we pay then for every month, INTERNET!
