All day without internet. Support said there was no power at the head and techs were working..... about 6 hours ago, and that’s about 7 hours after it went down. Bright sunny day, no storms, why is there still no internet???? 77856 Franklin Tx

Going on two months without any of the National Geographic channels which are supposed to be included in my television service. Numerous calls to Zito with the only response 'we can only submit a ticket to tech department'. 55804 Duluth

55603 - paying for 100mbps. Getting <1mbps both up and down with almost 200 ping. This is my only contact with the outside world until Sprint/Tmobile send me my replacement SIM card, for the replacement SIM card that never arrived, after repair contract vendor kept my SIM card. More than a bit irked right now. Can't even call zito via Skype due to the slow speed. This message might not even attach.

Extremely poor services and speeds. Have contacted ziti many times and still have yet to get the issues truely fixed. Am about to tell zito that they lost yet another customer. Be wary of them, as their "techs" also engage in slandering their customers to various businesses. I am already prepairing a civil action against them. Chillicothe, 64601

Seems like around 2am internet goes out at least 1-2 times a week always around that time it can't be coincidence. I work nights sorry im not on a regular schedule. I've never had as many issues with internet as I have with this dogshit company. Figure it out Zito! This is not worth $100+ a month.

At first I thought my internet was out again in Mountain Home, ID but I reset the modem and it worked.
