76036, Crowley TX Internet goes off and on 3 to 10 times a day for 5 to 15 min each time...like clock work always goes out just after 12 in the afternoon..today out blackout for all johnson county since around 12 pm with no ETA....

For two days zito internet service was on then off. On then off. I called your customer service only to be put on hold, then YOU hung up. Called several times and was never connected to anyone. If you are having a problem the least you could do is a text message to our phones. 17094 Thompsontown.

Zito internet keeps going for 30 minutes at a time every 15 minutes!!! I’ve called Zito the last two days yesterday I was on hold for 45 minutes and then call ended for no reason. This morning 21 minutes then call ended again for no reason!! Tech was out her yesterday putting in a phone said something wrong with noise in line but tech is sick… so you have no one else?? 55743 emb mn, At the moment my ping times are 175 my up and download speed are both 10mbps. Ive been having some minor problems but nothing like this, my avg is 100mbps 100mbps I would really like too see some servers around my area for lower ping times.

55616 two harbors, last week it was out for 8 hours, ever since, I mean literally every 50ish minutes it goes down for about 10 minutes. I WFH and it the most irritating thing I've ever experienced. Ive tried calling, emailing, we even went to the building and got nothing but bullshit generic run around excuses. Don't even do business with this company if you have any choice switch ISPs, terrible customer service, shitty connections, shitty consistency. Zito media is a joke and should be sued.

Winnemucca. Called them and they mentioned their doing maintenance on the 21st from 8AM to 12PM. hopefully it fixes the terrible internet during the night.

J I don't think so. Here's the mesage: "Our circuit provider has been granted access to some of their fiber lines. Its estimated that 16 miles of fiber will need to be repaired. They have crews onsite and are planning to run double shifts to restore service. Estimated time to repair is sometime on Saturday July 17th."

Got a recorded call from Zito saying they won’t be able to assess damage til 13th and repairs could take days. Also said they are crediting us for time down. 96130
