I can only imagine the shortcuts these guys allowed whoever they contracted to install the fiber in this town. Over 24 hours now with no estimated time of restoration. It might be time to hire some competent techs. WTH am I saying why would they pay competent people a competent wage when they don't even purchase competent equipment. Thanks Zito, no football on the television this Thanksgiving!

Absolutely the worst company. There infrastructure is horrible. City council should be demanding better service as they are the ones that have given Zito free reign in this town. People and businesses rely on the internet and this type of service should not be allowed. Throw Zito out of this town and get Comcast, xfinity or any other provider. St. Marys, Pa 15857

According to the phone message there is no eta Im sure no one is actually working on it right now. I also work from home and am insanely frustrated. Wish we had a more reputable option in St. Marys, PA

15857. Zito internet went fown 11/23 and it’s still down 11/24. Over 24hrs without service and I work from home and need service. What is the ETA on a fix??

Also I forgot to add I pay for up to 1GB of data. Trust me when I say they really like to dream when they say "up to" because if I'd eat my modem and router if I ever even got more than 1/4 of that speed (usually only 100-200mps upload and download).

Another multi-day outage. S**t service as usual. They can immediately cut service if you are only a day or two behind, but yet it takes days to fix any problems. Lag when gaming even when connected to ethernet. Also they charge indefinitely for a cheap modem which since switching to fiber optic is almost impossible to replace. I have called a few times now requesting a discount for multi-day outages happening at least once every other month only to be told they haven't had any issues on their end. They should make their motto: Here at Zito we dont give a s**t. We already have your money so go f**k yourself. St Marys, PA 15857

Worst isp on the planet. If you get these guys you are wasting your money. They can't keep internet going to save their lives and their speed is a fucking joke. I pay for gig speed and get less than 100 mb/s. Zito, please go bankrupt.

No internet for two days. Typical trash service. Every week since I got this internet service, over the last year. The internet has gone out. They never tell you, or give you a discount on your bill, unless you call them. Every time you call it's the same thing. "We're upgrading, repairing, and don't have enough technicians". Honestly stay away from this company at all costs. If I had another option. I'd leave in a heartbeat. Port Trevorton, Pa 17864. 2 days no internet.

Two Harbors MN 55616 It's past 65 hours of outage after a serious line break and no apparent restoration of service. If this network has a reason that they are not able to work 24/7 to re-establish the service in greater Two Harbors they should find a way to let customers know what the extenuating circumstances are. Our FM radio service depends on this broadband network to get our radio audio input to our transmitter and out to the local listeners. Many in the area can't listen to us online during the outage either, so this severely diminishes our audience. PLEASE communicate with us customers.

28771-Robbinsville, NC. Problems started on July. Got 2 new Roku tv’s in May, everything worked fine until July, then downloads went real slow, our local news app STIRR won’t work, repeats like a record with a scratch. My emails on my iPad even lock up now. My WiFi light is never steady, always flickering. I’m tired of calling because nothing ever becomes of it. I think the whole system where we live is overloaded. Very frustrated.

Dubois, PA 15801 I have had ongoing issues since we had Roku forced on us a year ago. They have been here a number of times with no results. My system was checked and I was told by a tech that the problem is that Zito's server can't handle the traffic. I have filed many times with the FCC, as late as last night. How 'bout this! I sent a confidential letter to the CEO six weeks ago and never got a response from anyone. They are always going to "bump it up to Tier 2", buy nothing ever gets done. So many upset customers in this area. An unconscionable, non-caring organization that should not be allowed to operate.

Two Harbors, MN: Second day without internet, we did get a chat response this afternoon to yesterday mornings inquiry: “We are currently experiencing a service outage in your area. Our technicians have been dispatched and are working to have services restored as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.” No ETA on when it might be restored. Last time was over 7 days! This time we are getting Frontier installed as a back up (business cannot be without internet). We are paying for an insurance policy/safety net internet service because Zito cannot be relied upon and doesn’t communicate in decent time. With this service level, as soon as an alternative is available with equivalent bandwidth, the entire Zito-served North Shore customer base will flee. Zito errs in offering zero rebates for extended outages, not alerting customer base to known outage risks (upgrading? LET US KNOW so we can prepare for potential down time). Clearly they have no business continuity plan in place, no communication team to alert the community to outages with expected durations attached, and no interest in reasonable response times to notification of service outs. Not a recipe for long term sustainment or growth.

Different day, same old crud. The illustrious ROKU required streaming once more can't match the voices up with the mouth movements of the characters. Two different ROKU devices (one brand new) and the same issue. Good luck on getting anyone to pick up the phone if it's after 5PM. 75801 Palestine Texas
