Wireless WiFi has been out since early morning July 10 in Logan County Ohio. Hours long wait time for technical support. Was on hold for 10 hours yesterday and reached caller number 8 before I was disconnected.

My internet was installed on 6/28. I had a couple of hours of internet after it was installed. Nothing since. I have talked to staff from Watch communications 6 times. I have even tried to cancel my service and have my money returned. Always a promise to get it working, but nothing yet. This is ridiculous. Oconee 62553
