Milford/Woodworth Illinois. 60953. Doesn’t seem to matter if the other 3 states are listed as having problems, we are out in Illinois, consistently. We are out more than we have internet. We upped our speed earlier this year and have not been able to take advantage because we cannot connect. We have been very patient but this can’t go on much longer without us switching to another company; although, out in the country we don’t have many choices for companies supplying internet.

The network has been down for 2 days so far. All they tell us is that it's "interference". They say its state wide. But no other Internet providers seem to be affected. Its just Watch Communications again.

Monday morning...this makes an entire week without internet. Still trying to work from home with mobile hotspot...good thing I have only 2 bars on that...trying to nurse a son with Covid...who has no internet, tv, etc...can't access his school work because, again, no internet. Why are we being charged? This is insane!!!!

Richland 47634 This is absolutely ridiculous... we are on day 5 of no Internet...husband is told it is a system outage...doesn't say anything about this on their website...which I am accessing through my T-Mobile phone! We've had nothing but trouble since Watch took over our internet provider. Before that, it was highly reliable and quick service when there was an issue. Now, we are paying for service that is only functioning about 1/2 the time! WTH!!! Please fix our internet. I had kids at home over holiday breaks with no internet...2 teenagers and an 8 year old. No tv because that is through the internet too. If I had any other option, I would leave this company immediately!

Just got a new network connection and high price a few weeks ago. Been down at least 3 or 4 times today. When the service department says wide spread outage, they actually mean JUST THEM. 43302 Marion
