Point Broadband is so disappointing and is costing me thousands of dollars in lost customers with this current outage. I can't wait until Powell Valley Electric Cooperative runs their lines to my business so I can get rid of this nightmare.

21742... Hagerstown, MD Point Broadband down going on 2 full days. Keep getting runaround. One "agent" says it was repaired... must be my equipment (which was working great, before outage). Next "agent" says still down... another "agent" says first outage fixed, then broke again and new crew dispatched. Everything has stopped at my home. No tv, no internet, no ability to work from home.. for 2 days. Biggest problem... no communication from Point Broadband. At least now, we have options. I will call Xfinity, when they open, if Point Broadband is not up, or won't give me a straight answer.

Been without service for over 24hrs now and customer service states there are no outages!! What’s really going on! Very frustrating when you have children that need to do homework!! Paying for services that can’t be used! Very unfair!!!
