internet speeds at night for the last 3 or 4 weeks have been in the pits. getting down load speeds as low as 12 mobs and uploads of 43 mpbs. tv is hardlined from the router and still buffers so bad you can’t watch it. I live off of reedy creek rd near I 81 exit 1.

I’m in Abingdon, speeds are terrible tonight as every night as of late … may as well forget about watching TV after 8pm. Download is under 10mps and ping has been 55-75 … what’s up Point???

Terrible in Abingdon tonight. About 10-15mbps downloads. Our plan is 200 mbps (the usual speed). Everything is stalling and ping times are 100ms instead of 8ms to their offices. Are they upgrading or did they oversell their service?

funny how you say you are the most reliable, while customer support never picks up, You have outages almost EVERY WEEK and I don't get what I pay for. I pay for the 1 GB fiber. I only get 500mbps. I will be contacting the BBB. what a joke this company is.

24354, Marion Va. I pay almost $80 a month for 1Gigabit Internet and most times never get close to those speeds. Want to play online gaming? Well one would know that with 1Gigabit Speeds I could run 3 different Consoles online Multi-Player and still experience no lag but not with Point Broadband because their Latency is always in the ranges of 55 to 75, which is Terrible. The Fiber-Optic strength is SUPER UNSTABLE. It Literally has not stability and comes and goes when it wants. Want really good internet that is Very Stable? Get Internet from Xfinity(Comcast) it's Cable but it is SO MUCH BETTER than what crap Point Broadband offers. Will be going back to Xfinity next month because Point Broadband is blatant Liars

Why am I paying 80 some a month for 1gig up and down when I'm getting 150mb at most not to mention I can't game at all because I have a 32 percent packet loss.

Internet has been slow / pretty much down since Friday, but works perfectly fine at night. I don't care about the outages 50miles away, it shouldn't effect others. Let alone, still expecting bill to be paid on time?

36468 Leoma. Service has been very bad — notable deterioration since they bought out JTM. Had a Line down touching the ground in our neighbor’s yard for 5 days and only fixed it when I called and filed complaint with the FCC. (State of Tennessee does not regulate them.) Suddenly, it was fixed. Call FCC complaint line :1-888-225-5322 on Monday. We’ll switch to Loretto Fiber if they ever get it going.

The last two days we have periods of buffering and signal drop out. Speed test has been from low of 50-60 download to as high as 170 but normal has always been over 200. Same with upload which is sometimes barely measurable to highs above 200. What's going on? Did complete reboot of my router and tv.

Just got switched over to Point Broadband when they bought JTM. Service has been inconsistent and at times nonexistent. Never had 1 complaint with JTM. Very unhappy, but no other options. Would love to hear why my service changed so much with the buyout. -Elgin
