21740 internet once again not fully working an just like usual no time frame of when it will be back to working correctly. Its always something have complained about the router i have had for years now cant get it fixed. I had to go an buy my own separate router just so the wifi would work. Every time i call I'm always told well the legacy equipment is part of the problem then try to up sell me to new stuff but wont even come an fix the problem with the legacy equipment that is out side my house. Back when this was still owned by Hagerstown fiber it was a million times better now this is a joke anymore

Internet is spotty and wint let me play on my ps5 or my brother play his xbox not even to watch various streaming services on them but if we used our roku tvs it'd buffer for like 15 to 25 seconds and play the show....unfortunately its because the use a 3rd parry provider for internet after a certain time.....which is highly annoying since they can use its them not us as an excuse ....which they have used awhile back when the internet was down for like a week earlier this year. Been down since yesterday. Going on 24hrs. Power outage is What they say caused it. Technical support said unplug and plug Back in to reboot IT???? That didn't help!!! Was on hold for 45 min waiting on 3 callers than all of sudden it turned INTO 5 callers ahead of me. Wtf!!!! Please help' service down in Silverhill!!!!

This is getting ridiculous... with the amount of outages and speed drops I would have been better off sticking with xfinity. Can't even get a decent customer service rep 90% of the time you call in. Trash company, filing report with BBB.

Went down just before noon in Saranac, MI. Still down at 6:00pm. Calling in and I've been the "third caller" in line for over an hour. Hard to believe. You'd think a general email could be sent to all customers just to let us know, that Point broadband knows.

24219 - Big Stone Gap I am still out. Called tech support and was told it was my pod because of a power surge but we have had no power surges here and have a battery back up on that pod plus a surge protector so .... are we still out or is it my equipment now?

I see all the bad comments about Point. But I have had it since way before PVEC even decided to get in the game. Before point it was satelite internet with strict data caps. This is the first Outage Ive had in like a year... pvec power outages way more. 37869 Sneedville

Service went out a little before 2pm on 10/03/2023. I called and heard the outage message so hung up and decided to wait it out. Checked the website at 7pm and was told on chat that service hasn't been down but around an hour. Such bs.. it's sad that my only choices are point or xfinty. Even sadder that I would still rather have point lol.
