Not acceptable, I am sure Point is charging the monthly amount. Time Warner was not too bad, after all. I have a very short fuse when it comes to something like that.

This becomes unacceptable, the internet is almost down every day around Midnight, in Springboro OH, it's the time I have to submit my report to work, it's not a reliable internet service.

Springboro Ohio 45066 Point broadband is TERRIBLE!!! Constantly either lose internet everyday for 10 min clips. 6 to 10 times a day. Or there is an outage. Should only have to pay 75% of the bill for 75% of the service.

Just spoke to them directly. From what I understood, there are a lot of states with downed internet and they can't figure out where the fiber is broken or whatever, and that's what's taking so long.

New Tazewell, TN 37825 out for 26 hours now. I have lost a day and a half of work. I wish they were more forthcoming about the issue, progress made, and ETA, so we could make other arrangements if needed. It never occurred to me that the outage would last this long.

They finally updated the automated message. Now it says that as of noon, their "upstream provider" is still repairing fiber.
