Still out in Thorn Hill, TN and WiFi is the only way we can make and receive calls. We live in a dead spot.

I have made many calls to Point-Broadban. I am not really sure what is going on sometimes it’s a fiber loss. Sometimes it’s a switch sometimes it’s a server. Looking at the loss map I don’t know how it can be any of them. Maybe they forgot to pay their bills since I don’t know how a service disruption in Atlanta or Chicago could be attributed the same thing

Customer service said outage was projected to end at 5am. It's now 5:30, going on 15.5 hours without internet. My wife teaches online. Tazewell TN

Still down in Tazewell 5+ hours later. If you do get through and it says there are more than 10 callers ahead of you, be prepared to be on hold over an hour just to be told they're working on it.

Still down in New Tazewell, has been down for several hours. Their facebook said a telephone pole caught fire and damaged the fiber. They need to replace the pole and splice in new fiber. Very frustrating

I just switched to Point Broadband but now I’m starting to think that was a mistake. Internet for the past 3 days has gone down multiple times. It’s actually ridiculous lmao.
