Terrible internet, always going out half the time. I get home and just want to watch a movie or play a few games on my PC. But always have to deal with having no wifi or crap connections. $74 a month isn't worth it, and I will be switching providers tomorrow and telling everyone and their mothers how god awful this company is.

Was down in 45066 when I woke up to go downstairs to work at 8 AM. It has been down ALL DAY. Currently 3:22 am and still nothing. At this point I will be calling spectrum tomorrow. We can't work without wifi!

Tech told me some moron in a construction crew cut a cable. The cables may have hundreds of strands which each need to be spliced. That's what they said. Point Broadband network has been very bad and unreliable over the past two weeks. Springboro line 45342

45066 - saw two or three trucks @ McDonalds in Springboro, must not be worried about the customers they are losing, cancelled this awful service today. Glad I kept my modem and router for Spectrum. Back on line and back to work.

This is just awful service. How am i supposed to believe its the cable getting cut when the internet goes out almost daily at this point? They had to role out too early here or something, this is awful
