There ain't nobody doing a dang thing if it's something down this way u think somebody in hiltons would've noticed the trucks but they ain't fixing crap I'll be da.. if I'm giving them money when this crap ain't even working. They still ain't posted anything on Facebook nothing on wcyb.

C.wise they are so full of crap. When I called she said even if I didn’t see trucks it didn’t mean anything they can do everything from their computers lol. So I wonder where their on site is lol. They just keep making up more stuff.

Johnita I just called tech support still no eta lady said the production team is on site an it should be resolved soon what load of s... I told her they've had the same recording since Friday an that with each tech support the story changes

Dbt they claim they will be crediting our bills but I don’t believe it for a second. They won’t even tell us what is wrong so I don’t believe anything they say.

24258 Hiltons Mine has been out since Friday evening around 5:00-5:30pm. I bet they won even start working on it til Monday morning..and I'm sure our monthly bill will not change one bit..

Just talked to someone who actually didn’t hang up on me. But she said as of 15 minutes ago they still don’t know when it’ll be fixed but she says they are working on it.

C.Wise I’ve been calling and they keep hanging up on me when I ask if they are actually working on the problem. I don’t think they are working on it. I’m guessing they won’t bother working on it until tomorrow.

I called this morning and got hung up on after being told no ETA so I just asked was it being currently worked on and the lady hung up. I truly am convinced they have no idea what’s wrong with it and I don’t think they are working on it. However, she did say we will all be getting bill credits lol.

Mines due on the 14th so I literally just paid them last week now no service this week. It was much better service before point broadband took over.

Yeah my cousin wifi is saying no internet connection I tried to connect to his maybe they had to shut everyone off to fix the problem idk I wanna call tech support again but they will just lie some more

I just talked to one of my friends who lives up AP Carter and her internet is out also. She said her neighbor has original equipment from optinet and her neighbors internet is working. I’m beginning to think they don’t have a clue what’s wrong or how to fix it.

I sure hope they are. The internet light on my router had been completely gone. But now it’s red so maybe they are working on it. I still don’t have internet but I’d be happy just knowing they are actually working on it lol.
