My bill generated today and of course there was no credit for the 63 hours we were without service even though they said there would be. I have emailed them we shall see if they issue the credit.

Internet went down in Upstate NY at around 1pm yesterday and hasn’t returned. Ugh

No connection! My bill is due today and I’ve had my service disconnected about 5 times the day my bill is due. Then y’all charge me a damn $20 reconnect fee smdh this better NOT be the case again cause if so then you’re just robbing me at this point.

My speed has went down awful tonight as well. I had been getting 350-400 but tonight it’s 8 that’s insane. They need to get this fixed asap are they are gonna loose a lot of customers.

C.Wise my speeds are still very slow as well. I’m not sure what’s up with them. But they need to do something to fix this speed issue or I’m going to cancel them and go to Scott county. I’ve msged them again about my slow speeds but no response yet.

Johnita my speeds was great an now download is 10.0 an upload is 431 so ima call when I get up they may need to so something on their end to reset it. Hopefully it's back on before anyone notices if they r working on it tonight

I got a msg from them on FB messenger and they said they will be replacing the large piece of equipment overnight tonight so we will loose it again. But that they’re doing it at night so no one has to loose it during the day. I sure hope they don’t mess anything up and it’s out longer.

My speed has finally made it to 490 but it’s still got a lot of lag. I sure hope since they are still working on it that it won’t go out again.

Hey Crystal. We've been working on this one and are still continuing to work on it. Our engineering teams are engaged and working as quickly as possible. If i get more updates i'll pass them along, but it's an equipment issue at one of the main connections and we've swapped equipment but still having issues. This is what they just send me on fb messages

Yeah I just check my speed is up to 433 on my phone. We stream too sh.. had me furious ima call the idiots in a lilbit. When we was w Scott coop I used their routers an they worked better then these junk pods 1 tech told me last yr these pods can't handle the higher speeds then y give em to customers. Hopefully this doesn't happen again b4 we switch.

C.Wise I emailed them asking about the credits and no surprise didn’t get a response back. I’m really seriously considering Scott county since they do have fiber here so I could get the same speed. We used to have Scott county for cable before we switched to streaming and they always had excellent customer service. I still am annoyed they lied to us all weekend instead of just saying they would fix it Monday.

Yeah we r thinking about switching too. Wonder if they r going to issue credits. Seriously scott coop worked great we only went bk to optinet bc we wanted faster speeds. My son's game systems made the wifi slow even w 500 up an down it's still slow all I know is bvu should've kept optinet point broadband sucks I'm happy it's on but we're paying for fast wifi an not getting what we pay for

Yeah my speed is a lot slower then normal. I usually get between 350-400 even tho im on the 1gig plan. But right now it’s running around 200-250. But im glad for something lol. I also found out Scott county does have fiber in my area so I may be changing over.

Well mine is fixed and that makes me even madder clearly this was a 40 minute fix and we were left 63hrs with no internet for no reason.

Well I think I finally got an honest person. She got her supervisor involved and according to them it’s always been set up to be fixed TODAY. They’ve lied to us since Friday. She said it’s set up for them to come out Monday AM to get it fixed. This is so frustrating.

Well my 4yr old nephew is here and he’s very upset that no internet means no cartoons. So I truly hope it’s back on soon. How frustrating.

I sure hope it’s the truth they finally found the problem. But I’ve lost all faith in them if it takes 49 hours to find a problem lol. But I sure hope it’s the truth and we will have internet again soon. If not I’m gonna try to talk to someone local tomorrow even if it means driving up there. I feel like they’d actually give us answers.

I can see my wifi name on roku when it tries to connect it says wireless connection no internet connection. I've got the stupid pods so there lights rotate from blue to green.

Yeah I have the gig plan and I NEVER get above 350-400 speed. I’ve called they don’t seem to care. Which at this point I’d just like to have my 350 lol. When this mess started the internet light on my router went completely away then yesterday it stayed red all day. Now the light is completely gone again. I have no idea what they’re doing but whatever it is def isn’t working. If this keeps up I will have to consider Scott co.

I had 50 mpbs w them an it was fast optinet was faster then this company buys them an I even have there plume smart pods an 500 up 500 down an it's always lagging an this company could careless

I can get them but only slow speeds. I have 1gig speed with point broadband and I think the most I can get right now with Scott county is either 25 or 50 megs. But I saw they are starting to do fiber also so I really hope they will bring fiber this way.

If ur at the start of ap u should be able to get scott county Tele co-op bc I use to have it years ago an my house is close to barkers chapel

If Scott county ever gets fiber here I’ll def be changing to them. I called again and got told they’re still working trying to figure out what’s wrong with it.

I don’t think they’re working on anything. And I don’t think they will even start until tomorrow. I’ve drove in and out of Hiltons and AP Carter Hwy there’s no trucks anywhere. I wonder if Hiltons school uses them for internet. I live directly across from Hiltons school.
