Internets been down since well before the storm last night, spent an hr and a half waiting on tech and all they can tell me is that this is occurring the whole area? Where the hell is this on their website?

We had to pack up and go stay at in laws because the internet was out all day yesterday and was literally sitting there in silence with no tv or anything. It’s been a whole day and I come home to it still being out. This apartment complex is about to lose a lot of tenants I will not sign another lease just because of the shit internet this place has. Fucking trash!!!!

You guys fucking suck. The internet was out for an entire day yesterday and when it did come back, it kept cutting back out. It’s the next day and it’s STILL fucking up- it is ridiculous that I can’t even watch fucking YOUTUBE without it disconnecting. I wouldn’t even fucking use OneSource if it wasn’t the only fucking Internet my apartment building allowed.

76244 just got home from a wonderful Anniversary dinner with my husband and no internet we have 4k tv with streaming service Netflix Amazon prime Hulu etc. What are we supposed to do now One Source is no source now we pay hard earned money for no internet service what kind of sense does that make And every single time we call for bad service or no service at all they always have some excuse as to why it's not working And why can't I get through to them on their main company number constantly busy tone This is outrageous unacceptable behavior for any kind of company who is supposed to provide quality customer service and quality service No MORE EXCUSES ONE SOURCE TAKE CARE OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE WHO PAY FOR YOU TO HAVE YOUR JOBS LIKE YOUR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT US YOU WOULD NOT BE ONE SOURCE INTERNET YOU WOULD BE NOTHING

76248, I feel that with comment. Hacking my company was laid off I w dilettantism lucky to keep my job and have to try to explain to my boss why I can't to reach internet provide or get back into work blows... Also. No fucking twitch streaming running ruining my 3 day wind vibes θ_θ

(76248) Just got home and was prepared for a nice night of browsing the deepweb for organs to harvest and I can’t get online because yet again OneSource has decided to choke on dicks instead of improve their heinous internet. I’m furious and my day is ruined. If i had other options for an ISP, i would gladly take them but these warbling dick garglers have a damn monopoly on my area.

Internet has been out since about 2pm here (76244) too. It stayed on just long enough to finish a training session I was leading for work. Thank goodness for that. I could not get through in the main number, 817-741-3000. However I was able to get through on 1-800-810-9848. That is the number of their 24/7 support line. Give it a try if you are having trouble getting through to the main office. But I would expect a 15 to 30 minute hold time. As for me, after 17 years with OneSource, I am seeing more and more issues with the internet dropping out or entirely going offline like today. It is a troubling trend.

Roanoke 76262 This is the third day of having internet issues in my home. It is down more than up, with today being the worst day. This affects my job/ income. I guess the internet bill will be the first bill to have a delayed payment next month if I can't get my work done this month. Have tried calling over and over and get no answer at all.

I work from home. It’s been down for over 5 hours and no estimate time for it to be back up. I also work tomorrow and at this rate, I may not be able to do so. This is extremely frustrating and is causing issues with my job and my money. 76262

Keller 76244 No internet, and no answer to phone calls at Keller company location, at one point they answered and hung up in the same sec...got hold of Internet Service Techs and they have not been getting any communication from maintenance on a time frame...great communication One Source!! I feel bad for the Techs getting slammed for ANOTHER "outage"...

76244 Keller It seems this is happening more and more frequently. I am unable to run payments, send faxes, communicate with business partners or complete any task. You’re costing me time and money AGAIN.

This is an habitual problem. Maybe a class action lawsuit would help one source learn priorities.
