Outages are what we should expect when working with a Tier III company that provides data and voice services. The infrastructure is dated and lacks significant capital investment. One Source would require $100 mm capital investment to address issues via modernization and reengineering.

Keller / Fort Worth outage Customer service lines ringing and hanging up This is why apartment complexes shouldn’t sign big contracts. Maybe a negative review on the complex will pressure one source to care for their customers better.

This is ridiculous, I pay for 500mb and y’all do maintenance like 3 days in a row for 5 hours a night!! Why so often? And now my internet is down and for what reason?
