One Source is the absolute worst internet service provider in this area! For the past 2years the only thing that is consistent is that the internet will lose connection at least 10-20 times a day on a a good day! This is followed by slow connection when it is on and heaven forbid the weather or wind change…. As for their customer service they are friendly but forgetful. My “tickets” as they call them have gotten lost or never turned in 4 times! This left us without internet for days and I spent.hours waiting for the technician that never even got the memo- Decatur

Fort Worth 76244 No internet since 10pm yesterday. Website says all systems functional. All lies. Always lies with OneSource. Get it fixed and let your subscribers know what’s really going on!

Guess what internet is down again For the 1 millionth time I am starting to think they are a scam company they want your money but won't give you good service They want you to pay them your monthly bill rate but when the tough get going they are not there except for to take your money

Yes, internet is down and has been down for about 3 hours. This is just too many times per week. Night and day. About 2 to 3 times per week by my estimate. This time and last week it cut me off from work. I’ve had to tether my work laptop to my phone and use it as a hotspot just to get any work done. Ridiculous, and it just seems to keep getting worse.
