Same as others. Internet down since 3:15am. Their website isn’t working. I’m on the top tier commercial plan so I called and automated reply was the wait time is 300 minutes. This is becoming a regular issue with Nextlink. 76655 zip code

No internet since I woke up at 3:45. Website won’t load. Says something about network error but I have my WiFi off on my phone. Last time this happened we had to get a tech out to replace EVERYTHING so I hope they get it fixed! Location: Decatur, TX 76234
