MediaCom is said to be the first-ever company to introduce an AI-powered system into its customer service module. Troubleshoot yourself
In instances where your digital TV service is down, you can perform a few basic checks before resorting to customer support. Check the cable cords at the back of the device are connected securely; check that the switches on the remote control or A/B switch is in the ‘Cable’ position and the VCR is set to ‘TV’ mode; check the remote-control batteries to see they’re still working; and lastly check that the power is functional in other electrical devices in your home, if not this might be a power issue.
If the MediaCom internet network is facing an outage, the trouble could be with the wireless router or with your line to MediaCom. First check to see whether other devices in your home are receiving the Wi-Fi signal, like a mobile phone. If yes, try resetting the router to refresh the signals. If you are able to connect to the network but not to the internet, it may be an issue with the MediaCom modem. Try connecting the modem directly into your device. If the issue is still not fixed, reach out to MediaCom at 1-855-MEDIACOM, available 24/7.

Columbia 65201. I truly cannot express enough how much Mediacom sucks! I have had it for several years, and it is HORRIBLE!! Constant disconnections, all day, every day. No help, no fix, tech support (provided by White Sky, a fucking joke!) is useless as a hat full of dog shit!

Gilberts 60136... Cable and internet down since approximately mid day 02-23. Message when I called for support later in afternoon was that they were aware of the problem and estimated repair completion by 10:00 pm that evening. It's 7:00 am 02-24 still no cable or internet and now message doesn't give estimated time for resolution.

I'm contacting this company because for the last 5 years that I've been a customer. When you get get service to your home there's a set up fee... Well, the man that hooked everything up... just added to whatever was already here... didn't bother to check where other lines were going...."Straight into the dirt ground." Are you being serious right now? I asked the latest young man here.well thank God for him and how through he was... I've been paying out of this world prices for this crappy service. I'm really going to be looking for a lawyer. It's honestly been very often that we would have to call and have worker reset us. This has me just feeling like I was taken advantage of and Lack of knowledge in employees to fix properly. I am Not and WILL Not let this just go by. So now due to frozen ground we have to wait to get cables buried underground until spring. Even though the snow is melting and cable is submerged in water. I Am So Violated n taken advantage of.....BUT Still pay your BILL on time...or Shut off. Very very upset customer, H Jo

Springfield mo 65806. We've been without internet going on 4 days. First they said outage. Then they say they have to come here to fix it but it will be 3 days. They have already rescheduled today. I dont understand. New to the area and have never had any problems in the 3 previous towns we lived, with 3 different providers. What a huge inconvenience. Ruined my days off. Ive spent so much time on the phone with different people getting different stories. They like being paid on time. Bad way of doing business.
