Frontier cable went out for 3 hrs today (5/13/2023) Frontier cables fails on a regular basis. Over twenty failures in the last three months. We spend hours on the phone only to be told there is not problem; yet, no phone, not first alert, and no TV.

Manteca 95337 I’m going to contact direct tv about satellite. Can I have two internet at one home? Eventually I suppose frontier will come back up but I’m reading this comp at can be down a week or more at a a time

Briar Tx 76020 no service with frontier since friday evening, nearly 48 hours now. Said outage was happening in Keller Tx, a city about 20 minutes away. No real indication as to why there is an outage or how long it will last. Just getting text saying it will be resolved in 4 hours.

Lyndon, WI 53944 Total outage for two days. Frontier does not show outage in their reporting site, yet has texted customers with open tickets that it is indeed an area outage. They can offer no explanation or expected resolution date or time.

Internet provided by Frontier went out Nov. 7 2022.. its December 19th, over a month without internet or answers to when service can be restored. Not even one of thier retention specialists can get an answer except that a cable was cut.. this has happened 2 times since August but this is the longest I've gotten no resolution, & paid for internet to not receive service... very disappointing and frustrating. On 09/30/2022 I was setup with Frontier's 1GB fiber service near Kilgore, Texas 75662. On 10/13/2022 they had a fiber cut in Sulphur Springs, Texas that affected a few thousand customers (our service being one of those) and it took them until 10/15/2022 to get this repair made. On Tuesday, 11/15/2022 we encountered another outage and were advised it was yet another fiber cut that was affecting 274 customers. This outage had an estimated time to repair of 11/16/2022 @ 20:00. It is now 07:43 on 11/17/2022 and our service remains down.

18610 Blakeslee, PA : Fiber installed 3 weeks ago. It went down NINE DAYS AGO. Frontier cannot get it fixed. Opened 2 tickets. Crew never arrived.

My sister-in-law is widowed, nearly 90 years old. She lives alone, has cancer and has been out of telephone service since Thursday & was told it would be repaired the following Wednesday. I called & talked seveal times to 6 different people. After explaining the situation many times to many people & telling them it was a MEDICAL EMEMGENCY, i still got no help….only Wendsday is available. She is waiting for a call from her doctor concerning treatment. This is uncalled for NON-SEVICE COLUMBUS NE, 68601
