On September 20 my voicemail stopped working. I can call on my phone and if someone calls me I can talk if I answer it in time. Odd thing- a neighbor in my apartment building who has Comcast Voice does not suffer the same problem. 80209 Denver CO

Chicago. Talked to rep. Was very rude and extremely condescending as well. Said their internet was only down for a total of 27 minutes. When in reality, it has been their outage internet down for 5 days straight. Going on 6. So multiply 24hrs times 6. I believe that's much more than 27 minutes!! Do they think their customers are morons? Enough with these lies already! I agree w/the previous review.
