Internet service is down in 18625. Will there be an adjustment made to our bills for lack of service that we pay a lot of money to receive. I am not with Blue Ridge for as long as most. I certainly prefer Comcast for reliability and I learned that Blue ridge is more expensive. I didn't think that was possible but it is. Com cast always did billing adjustments for me when service was out.
