18353. Internet out. I am a therapist using remote sessions from home so cannot work when the internet is down! There are no other internet providers up here and Blue Ridge seems to be out a lot! They want me to pay my bill on time but don't seem to care that I need the internet to earn MY income

Internet out again. It really sucks that blue ridge basically has a monopoly up here in Albrightsville . Something needs to be done it’s always something with this company and then they have the nerve to charge the amount they do for service

Community Alliance Church has been experiencing ups and downs with their wifi today. I am one of the IT people running their sound system and live stream We kept getting messages that the live stream was being interrupted and would be back momentarily. They must be playing with throttling data when I don't have a VPN running I get 1-2 down on a 500 Fiber connection when I turn on a VPN I get almost the 500, so they are/were trying to mess with the system and it backfired on them! This company is run by Crooks trying to get every penny they can and give as little as possible! Comparing them to the Likes of Charter/Spectrum they cost 2x as much for the same service.
