Blue ridge has to be the crappiest internet and cable company ever. We've been having non stop internet outages the past week and a half. And they STILL cannot fix the problem. 18079

18424 Gouldsboro Yet another day with no internet every 20 minutes. They claim there are no outages but clearly I'm not the only one having issues this week and it's not my router or connections or anything else on my end. Yesterday and today have been horrible.

Slatington Pa.. This company is terrible, the internet is a constant issue and the people who work for the company are clueless. They can't comprehend much. There's constant complaints online about the company but they took advantage of the local area by being the only provider. (overpriced)

Internet continues to get worse. TV continuously has loading video stall and webpages are slow to load on phone. Continuously resetting the modem. Had tech visit and he told me it’s because the router is on the other side of the house. It’s always been there and now it doesn’t work and he told me I might need to put another EERO next to the TV to avoid buffering? I should pay more each month? I don’t think so. I was on hold trying to call tech support for 15 minutes this morning so others must be having the same issues.

Blue Ridge is the worst internet provider I've ever had. We're switching to T-Mobile 5g home internet service as soon as it's available, and for less than half the price.

Blue ridge is the worst ISP we have used. Lagging speeds as of September 7, 2022 down to near dial up speed(only about 50kbps!) This is complete nonsense. This company needs some serious looking into! No one should have to pay high speed internet prices and get that kind of service!

I work from home. Internet has been inconsistent, it's terrible. And now this afternoon it's down and no info. On hold for 30 mins so far. We need another player. This is horrible.

I have internet streaming & the only thing the tv will display is Google screen saver with correct time. None of the buttons on the remote work. I have tried rebooting - didn’t work. 18466 - Weeks now and always down around the same time. The internet goes down for about 2hrs around 1am to 2am. I’m paying for the 1TB plan from blueridge and using the eero Wi-Fi I got as a bundle. For the price I’m paying monthly, I feel like I’m being robbed.

17517 internet or again. I'm a gamer who needs a constant connection while playing. Every night for the past three nights it's been on and off. Eero problems a few days in a row. This puts frustration at high levels.

18337 Milford,PA There was no wifi here in my apartment yesterday No one is admitting to it. Why can't someone admit that. Blue Ridge said there was no outage, I say there was.
