I was having issues with my internet and it was really frustrating, fortunately for me, it was rectified by @hephaestuslock on Instagram, now everything is working perfectly.

18353-Saylorsburg Internet has been going in and out consistently since Monday 12/19. This is getting a little ridiculous. Yes, it is more annoying than anything, but come on. We have to pay for service that does not even work.

Slatington, PA 18080. We dropped all cable (Basic & HD) but kept high speed internet. We have been experiencing throttling back and interruptions EVERY evening since. Now, there were two instances that were legitimate service interruptions, an ice storm then a few days later a vehicle accident. But how is until we dropped cable we never had these issues? Purchasing a satellite uplink is looking more and more viable.

This is absurd. Do you have any concept of an SLA or service commitment? Internet service isn’t some sort of luxury that can go up and down at your convenience. This is an integral utility equal to electricity. Invest in some quality redundant infrastructure. Pretty soon folks are going to have more options and your service will be dropped if you don’t fix your network. Do better Blue Ridge. 17517 Denver PA

Etters 17319 - Spent most of the night trouble shooting issues with internet since last evening. Only to find out from here it’s not just me. I can’t get in touch with anyone, no updates and couldn’t find anything on the web about it until now. Great customer service. I wish we had an option for internet where I live. I don’t think blue ridge would survive if they didn’t have some areas cornered.

E stroudsburg 18302 Internet down for 4TH time today, down for 4 hrs yesterday 12/15 and multiple times for 2 previous days. WTF??!! Modem looks ok with 2 steadt green lights but even direct ethernet connection to computer doesn't work. Red led on eero router, can't even access modem firmware with direct ethernet connection to computer.
