Internet has been down for hours. Support stinks. Started a "chat" with customer service and the chat said they would contact me in 2 to 3 days? What good is a chat if it takes 2 to 3 days? What a joke.

For the past couple days Wi-Fi has been horrible. Watching tv streaming last night and it paused so much and turned off so I reset the router. And the night before I was watching Hulu and the same thing happened. I thought it was just a problem I was having. Dingmans Ferry 18328

Bushkill, Pa - intermittent cutting out - losing Zoom meetings, Team meetings, and remote access due to this for the past week. More frequently as of Monday 10/17 - they are a monopoly here and are blocking Verizon from offering Fios. We need something done about this because so many people work from home now and we can't because of their bad service.
