Been having to reboot the router all day. My mesh wifi (Netgear Nighthawk) keeps dropping out for cell phones. It wont even let my PC broadcast a wifi signal. Rebooting seems to fix the issue for a couple of hours.

18657 I am in Tunkhannock Pennsylvania Blue Ridge communication has been unavailable the entire day. Have reset the router unplugged everything plug it back into the whole, usual Cupolla at least five times probably more and still not working. Very disappointing. Very frustrating.

Online button on router keeps blinking. When you work from home it’s a nightmare trying to get back online with blue ridge. Router has restarted 5 times after it was unplugged twice and still nothing. Blue ridge needs to get better. 17578

Kempton PA, 19529 Internet and cable services via Blue Ridge have been mostly down over the last 24 hours. An hour of up time for 4 hours of no service is terrible.

18080 slatington, blue ridge was AMAZING for the first few months. Ever since the internet only works about half the time, it slowed down tremendously, I used to get around 180mb/s while downloading things now I get around 70-80mb/s. DO NOT USE BLUE RIDGE. I pay $150 a month for INTERNET ONLY and it only works half the time and like I said slowed down a lot. Waste of money, I will be changing providers if it does not change by may.

Internet is down again. It’s out more than it works. Blue Ridge is a ripoff. File a complaint with the FCC people so we can get some different options in this area. Effort, PA 18330

Since my internet only works half the time, maybe I'll start only paying half the bill. Seems fair to me. DO BETTER BLUE RIDGE!
