Ken B 18080 SLATINGTON HAVE INTENET FOR 1 MONTH AN HAVING DIFFICULTY WITH SYSTEM DOZEING OFF AN THEN BACK ON.HAD ASMART TV GIFTED TO ME THUS HAVING TO GET RID OF OLD TVS THAT DO NOT OPERATE ON INTERNET. 175 BILLING FOR HOOKUP FEE AN INTERNET, GREAT PRICE AN A 35 DOLLAR 1ST YEAR AN THEN 65 DOLLARS AFTER THAT 1ST YEAR. 1 MONTH INTO IT AN TV INTERNET DOWN 2WICE IN SAME HOUR, STILL NOTHING???? I GUESS THEY CAN ADVERTISE THIS GREAT PRICE FROM WHAT I GATHER BLUE RIDGE IS DOWN ALOT . TECHNOLOGY AT ITS FINEST.CANT BE REAL IN TODAYS WORLD .I GUESS IT CAN BE .KEN B FROM SLATINGTON

18080 located in slatington. Been going out at least one day per week for the last few months. If it happens one more time in the next month I’m going with Verizon. $180 a month for internet that doesn’t fucking work

So tired of this I get off of work late at night and the only way I can wind down is a sit in front of my computer until I get a little tired before I go to bed I can't even do that right now because in Slatington neff's area 18080 darn it has been wonky for the past hour and a half getting really tired of this I wish we could get other internet companies up here but we're stuck with Blue Ridge fail again guys.

Ephrata 17522- TV channel 28 (NIC) and channel 44 (CMT) have been “temporarily” unavailable since around 4 AM - it’s now after 1 PM. Everyday before today channel 44 is pixelated the entire time and sound goes off or goes gray. And channel 80 (FXX) every few minutes goes black and sound goes off up to a minute at a time. Channel 51(CMD), 52 (TBS), 64 (TVL) are the same as well. The channels I use most are more than “temporarily” unavailable, they’re unusable. Waste of money!
