Been dealing with slow internet for the past 3-4 weeks, barely tolerable at best, constantly struggle to connect to anything at worst (18301 East Stroudsburg).

18428 Lords Valley/Hawley Internet went off twice… then completely down for last 2 hours… called 800-222-5377… been on hold for over 45 minutes ridiculously loud music!

18344/18466 Mt. Pocono/ Tobyhanna. Speeds go from over 500Mbps to absolutely zero for the last two days. Seems like it more often happens at the hour or half hour but has happened between those times, as well.

They definately throttle the service provided to the public.. daily outages in early morning to save $ for themselves .. unfortunately areas they provide service are the most horrible places on Earth soo they have a monopoly on service and know it.. (no other providers to make them compete and give good service).

There is never an answer as to why the internet goes down at these times. 18302 east stroudsburg
