Blueridge kept blinking out and we could not live stream at our church hammer creek Mennonite so we switched to something new called hyper media wisp internet and phone service and they have been working great. I would recommend!

Andreas has been spotted last couple of days. The amount of times I have had to unplug and reset the box in a single day has accumulated to 15 (so far) today alone. Getting worse by the day. Someone contact some local news stations to look into the issue since its state wide.

What the heck. Internet in and out for over a month. Called a couple of weeks ago and restarted modem. Still having problems. Totally annoying. Will call again but bet nothing changes. I pay more for this service than my electric bill. Not happy at all. Effort 18330

18235 Lehighton The past 2 weeks have been impossible with the internet. We have one of the higher packages and still nothing… we depend on the internet for work and school here and this is UNACCEPTABLE. I would have changed from Blue Ridge a long time ago if the option was available in this area. Blue Ridge should maybe pay my cellphone bill since that is the only way we are able to use internet. I did see they are implementing new modems. I have ordered a new one and will update on here if that helps.
