17257 Shippensburg Internet has been down for 9 hours as of this comment. Called tech support. Refreshed modem and worked for about 30 minutes. I wonder if I will get a partial refund? Wonder how long the outage will last?

Still out in Julian, CA 92036 @ 6:30am 04AUG22. This is getting ridiculous as it's creeping up on a week now. Never had it out this long. Should get a credit on the bill for being out this long.

Located in Julian CA 92036. As of 0917 PM the internet is still down. Called Zito Media this morning and was informed that some equipment had to be replaced at the providers end and they were waiting on receiving it before they could fix the problem. The problem is not local but originates at the providers location. They were expecting the delivery sometime before noon and the network should be back up later in the day. Here it is now at the 4 day mark and still no internet. Just got off the phone with a service rep at Zito and now they do not have any estimate of when this will be fixed. Told them to credit my account for the 4 days it has been out so far. Will wait and see what tomorrow brings.

92036 Julian. Been down since 9pm on Sunday. Called yesterday and they said it was supposed to be up at 6:30am earlier that day. Still down..

I am located in Julian California 92036. The internet went out between 9 and 930 PM on the 31st of July. It was out for the whole day on the 1st of August. It is still out on the 2nd of August at 2:39 PM. It has been out for over 36 hours. l called Zito and talked to a customer service rep and asked what was causing the outage. All they could tell me was that yes there was an outage. I then asked if they had an estimate on when it would be fixed. Again all they could tell me was that the technicians were working on it but they did not have anything else to tell me. When the internet started going out I started getting errors that my internet speed was too slow to stream a movie. Then it seemed like it got better but ultimately it just dropped. It must have been a pretty big problem that it has been down for this long and no estimate for when it will be fixed. Looking at all the comments it appears that Zito Media has similar problem all over.

I am in julian ca 92036 pine hills. Internet was out all day yesterday and out today as well. I work from home and this is horrible. So today i have to drive 3 hours to office and back. Please fix the problem.

Our Zito internet went out last night around 9 right in the middle of a movie! No Internet all day and tonight either (Aug 1, 2022). I’m a writer and didnt get anything done today. :( please fix asap! Cynthia Culp Allen Julian, CA 92036

Carbondale IL. 62901, Out every afternoon when it gets hot outside for the last 5 weeks. Went down completely for nearly 6 days, then worked 2 mornings then went out completely again for the last 2 days. Changing providers as soon as one is available.

24549 Dry Fork, Va still no repair to the cable after being told someone would be here to fix it between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm monday july11,2022.i cant complain to the BBB because zito already has a F raiting. I guess I have no choice put to report to the FCC about the condition of the cable lines plus the lack of stand offs and lack of proper grounding and cable inter twinded with power lines maybe that would at last solve this issue.

24549 Dry Firk Va. It's been 5 weeks now still have not repaired the cable crossing the road to my pole so I can have cable and internet but the did remove a splitter off the pole across the road but didnt take the time to re run the cable that is broken. I have photos of the damage and what has not been done. Tired of calling just to get someone who dose not care or tells us the will check and call back and never returns a call. I can not believe a company who's business is providing a service would fail if in my 20 plus years if i failed to provide the service this country ask me to do it would of not been good I say this to the point of I have a inplanted defibulator that requires I down load and up load data from a reliable service or it could be my life but like I said 2 weeks ago I guess I'm not a priority

Had Zito installed on 07/05/2022. Looky....two days of good service and it has been out for about 3 hours. Looks like this will be what constantly happens after reading others comments. Palestine, TX 75803

Internet was up for less than a 6 hours and is back down again. Sick of paying $100 a month for a service that only works a quarter of the time. Would like to be compensated for down time but its never going to happen. Bryson City 28713

Harrisburg IL 62946 Worse service, hands down. Even their customer service staff are rude and pass the call to another extention without telling you. Internet has been out for 3 days now. I called earlier today a d was told that service had been restored but still not getting Internet in my home. Service staff said it could be my modem so I bought a new one. I hooked it up and still no internet. Call Zeto again and now they say service is out still! I've had it with Zeto and tomorrow a new fiber optics is coming to connect my ew service provider.

24549 Dry Fork, Va. Cable was ripped from pole after fell during storm about 3 weeks ago still not repaired. So I have a outage not reflected on your system or fixed. Because I'm the only person affected by this I guess I'm not a priority.

Paying for a gig, only 1-5 mbps tips. Called to get a comp and was told we have a connection so no comp is available. Cannot stream anything and web pages don't load. Have been told "they're working on it" for a month and a half. 96130 Susanville

I've had issues with zito for years. Over 50 visits from their Techs. Knew them so well even invited them both to a bbq. Their techs in my area both quit in the past 2 weeks because they said Zito doesn't want to invest into my county since 90% of their customers are leaving for the new fiber being installed in the county. They have comped me over 20 times for outages. Zito is the worst.

I'm here in Central Georgia. I have to be honest and say that I'm well satisfied with Zito. The local guys here in Millidgeville are great. The local Manger and the techs are very responsive. For me, actually better than cable I had at another house near here.

Always have issues with ping and latency. Hardly ever can get someone to answer the phone who can actually help. Drops out whenever it feels like it seems. Sad that zito is one of the only providers in the area that doesn't have data caps. Hoping for a new company to come along soon and blow them out of the area. 75803

Zito needs to start giving credits to customer accounts for the days that we are all without internet. I bet you they would fix their lines and routers then! They don't care about us not having internet because we are still paying. Zito is by far the worst internet company out there. Which says A LOT. Zito is like the generic off-brand cereal at the supermarket that tastes like cardboard.

Idaho zito is the worst it has been bad ever since it came to our town and fibers on its way and we are switching from this dumb crappy internet it’s always out and and doesn’t promise what it’s supposed to give. Instead of 1gig we get a speed of 1. I think zito could do a better job at their internet business
