Internet has gone down for the second time in the past couple of hours. I've only had service for almost a week with Vyve Broadband, but I remember now why I canceled them when I had their service a few years ago: constant internet connectivity issues. If this continues, I'll be canceling again.

My service has been great for several years. This is the first time I've noticed a material slowdown that lasted over a few minutes. Browser's been sluggish and intermittent for a day and a half though I still have decent connectivity. Shawnee, OK 74801

douglas 31533 its down due to up north main internet lines, people saying its spotty or bad is just mad its down now .... idc what they say I've never had problems last time I had a problem was back when the hurricane hit last year

We live in the Douglas, GA area and Vyve is often quite spotty. I'm a big Atlanta Braves fan, and I can't count the times the screen freezes or is pixilated while the game is on. We have a home phone with Vyve, when the Internet goes out so does our phone. Thank goodness for cellphones were we would be screwed if we needed to use a phone during an emergency. We have become resigned to having spotty Internet service, my wife especially so since she is a night owl and often the Internet will be down for hours after midnight. We really don't have much in the way of an alternative, which I guess they know since they don't ever seem to address the problems.
