Address:12060 164th St, Jamaica, NY11434. Over the past two weeks my panel and cameras have been constantly going offline. I either have to call customer service or fix the problem by myself. I don't feel safe with your system anymore. This is disgusting. I have paid for this system outright plus you drag out your monthly payment from my bank account. This is complete dishonest and unprofessional on your part I am fed up.

73130 Midwest City, OK Vivint app won't load, stays on splash screen. Uninstalled/reinstalled got to sign in page, says they are performing maintenance. How long does it take while my house is not secure, why can't I at least view my saved videos because of a break in last night? I'm frustrated, the police are frustrated, fuck vivint
