My roommate is connected to the internet on his pc but no internet anywhere else he's on a VPN connection off of vexus how tf is that possible so the internet work but there keeping it from there users

70454 Ponchatoula, no service since nine last night and no explanation. Will be dropping Vexus this week. No excuse to not have a back up plan for five major areas.

Well.. Hammond 70401.. came back up but shortly went down. Even when up throwing dns errors here and there. Hopefully this means they found the issue aand working on it.

70403 Hammond La. Spoke with customer service. They indeed said service in Louisiana is out since 8ish and no known ETA. I said it would be very helpful if you would update the status on your website so I wouldn't have to call and wonder. Waited one hour to hear what I already presumed. She said I could sign up for their "goldmember?" Service that sends a mass text during an outage. I said if you won't update your site to reflect outages, why would I expect you to text me if there's an outage? No I don't want to sign up for something extra. Just get whoever to do their job. Websites update text very fast.

Finally got thru to Vexus. They said the whole state of Louisiana is out. Do not know the cause yet or how long it will be.
