Amarillo 79109, Dec 2, 2024 - 4:12 p.m. - IT looks like Vexus is up and running again. Great speeds and usually very reliable. We will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

79109 Amarillo: 12/02/24 3:06 p.m. Like many others, our business runs entirely off the internet. It would be nice if Vexus could at least put a blurb to state that they are aware of this issue and are working on it or, at the least, answer the phone. While outages are a simple fact of life, and Vexus has been extremely reliable for us over the 3 years we've used them, poor communication is not helpful.

Our business runs everything off internet, we have been down almost all day. I've tried calling and get a busy signal, got through one tine but have no option to speak with anyone. We recently switched from Pathwayz, at this moment regretting it.

Amarillo 79109: Dec 2, 2024 2 p.m. Does anyone have a working Vexus phone number? The only two I've found are +18063981155, the local Amarillo number, which rolls into a circuit dead sound after 2 rings, and +18006582150, the toll-free number, which goes straight into an automated system which doesn't respond to the keypresses it instructs a person to use. VERY frustrating and disappointing.

Pampa TX, I’ve had no service for a little over an hour. I see people on Facebook I know who have Venus are also having the same issue today. This is the second outage in a month.

79109 Amarillo: 12/02/24 12:46 p.m. Vexus access to internet stopped working about an hour ago. Hopefully they will get it resolved soon. Otherwise, Vexus had been an outstanding internet provider for me. I look forward to this issue getting taken care of quickly and a continuing relationship with them in the future.

Amarillo Tx 79104. I've had this problem all day since 2 pm. Been out of home since expecting maybe it'd be resolved but it's still out, and I couldn't even get ahold of customer service when it happened which is why I just went about my day. What the hell is going on?
