time to consider a back up link. There isn't a single provider that will never have an outage. If it's imperative to maintain a connection, get a back up from another provider. Mine is through AW Broadband in Amarillo

Appears to be a leased path cut in the panhandle. Not too surprising as the true diverse backbone pathing in this area is not the greatest (most carriers run the same right of way down the side of I-27 and all it takes is someone making one mistake with an excavator). Amarillo, 79119

Pampa, TX 79065 It’s easy to be mad at Vexus, but the internet could be down for any number of reasons. Some may leave Vexus to blame, but there’s also the chance they did nothing wrong and are trying their hardest to get services back up. They may not be answering phones because their internal network is down too. So let’s NOT get stressed out by the things we can’t change.

Amarillo (79110) out since around 9-9:30 this morning and still no change around 5+ hours. This is ridiculous. It just happened not long ago too while I was running a live stream for my business. Definitely regretting switching now, and most likely looking somewhere else for service that's more dependable because this is ridiculous.

79109 Amarillo - As of 13:15 hrs, the internet is still not functional here. Yes, this does make it difficult to run a business... Still, I have not real desire to switch to a different provider, but - boy! - it sure aggravates me...
