No service and says data is out but it also won’t allow me to add data. Declines all my credit cards which work fine everywhere else.

i have no service for 4+ weeks, I cannot make or receive calls. tracfone service is taking time but not has been unable to resolve . I have used this service for >15 years.

My Tracfone service has been down for nearly 1 week, now. It went down while I was traveling, which made for an enormously stressful situation. As of right now, I can use Wifi calling/text only, which obviously only helps if I'm somewhere with Wifi service. Tracfone reps have been unable to share what the problem is or when it can be expected to be fixed. I have some ridiculous amount of minutes that I cannot use. Contacted another provided on Friday and will be switching my service over to that, despite having been with Tracfone for nearly 20 years.

No service since Tuesday 12pm. Spent 12 hours now on customer service calls (most to India reading from a script, getting me to try and turn my phone on and off). What a joke. They won’t even give me an unlock code to go to another provider after 14 months of service…this is a frigin disaster!! Keep telling me 4 hours which is bull. Worse cell company ever!! It’s a business phone too. How can they not have this fixed by now?

Can't make or receive calls. Can do text. Won't connect with network. Philippines was no help. Said there was an outage. Said to call back in 24 hours. How am I to do that? Internet site robot no help. It's been down 10 days. 1/10/2023

96007 Anderson Cal Haven"t been able to send/receive text or phone calls for a week. The operators in the Philippines are no help.

I bought my phone on January 5th 2023 and today is the 8th I haven't had 4g LTE on my phone. there's times I need it because I don't have access to wi - fi I paid for my minutes card and wouldn't mind. Knowing what happened.

No service for over 48 hours. Have spoken to multiple agents only to be told the outage was going to be fixed soon. That was 24 hours ago

NO SERVICE 78624 for more than 48hours. AS i have NO SERVICE cannot call,send or receive THEIR BS texts,communicating via twitter which obviously IS automated ccrrrap-telling me to call/text tracfone-hello ? what the hell does NO SERVICE mean ? and their internet CHAT IS NOT OPEN and hasn't been open for days...formal FCC complaint filed. todays date: 14 JUNE 2021. NO SERVICE
