We pay for the highest plan. Going on 3 weeks now of not getting anywhere close to the plan we pay for. We have called already and had things reset and this internet is still extremely unstable. Runs between 6-24mbps back and forth, back and forth every single day now. We are supposed to be closer to the 50Mbps range and we can barely get the lowest plan speeds. At this point it feels like theft. They advertise what the plan speeds are and what type of things you can do on the plan. We can't do squat.

Live maybe 10 minutes outside victoria 77904, Im so sick of it works fine for a month, then periodically crashes for 2 to 3 months. Already had multiple "fiber cuts" and were without internet for up to a week at a time, yet no breaks on the bill. The service is trash. If we had another choice of provider out here, Id switch.

77983, Seadrift, Texas . I am so sick and tired of loosing internet service, I want a refund!! First chance I get to find another carrier I will change. Every time I get something downloaded I loose it, it’s rediculous.

telferner tx 77988 y'all pulled y'all's payment this morning but iv been without service all morning it's I go without service more then I do with service
