Kind of crazy to be paying all these 100 dollar bills for service that doesnt work for very long periods at a time. Been down for over a week with it coming up every once in a while, phone wont get out. But our security system is up no problems. Tried doing everything they asked over the phone but its basically unplugging it all for a few mins. But my nieghbor had service for a little while longer than me, hers was installed two days ago she said but went out last night and hasnt worked since. 39074

A lot of outages with this company and not much in the way of help. I think most of it comes from the sub contractors they send out, not doing quality work. And waiting for a tech of theirs to come out and check it, has been 3 weeks and apparently they dont have any of their own. When it works its decent doesnt never get the speeds they claim, but have hit 360mbps to 400 something. If it was more reliable than than sat internet it would be a great service but its down everyday for long periods.

Line cut from power line and limb 2797 Eva rd. Easy fix. Needs spliced back in. Can’t run business without it, costing me money and no type of cell service

Our internet was fine for two months and now it’s constantly in and out. It’s like it has connection then it doesn’t or it’s connected but very laggy. We don’t have fiber because it’s not available to us. Only one package and that’s the one we have. Halls, Tn 38040
