Crazy. Internet shut off yesterday at 1 during my mandatory call taking to certify for a job I've been training for for 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, for the past 6 WEEKS. Was told it would be on within the hour. Updated to it will be fixed at midnight. No update email after that. If I don't take these calls TODAY, THAT'S 6 WEEKS OF TRAINING AND MY NEW JOB WITH A GREAT COMPANY DOWN THE DRAIN. Fix it or be honest that you can't. Jesus Christ. 61071 Rock Falls

Really wish there were other wifi providers. With atnt when I lived In joilet got 500 mbs for 75 now I'm paying 75 for 25 mbs what actually run at 5 and when it's not running at 5mbs it's out Reddick 60961

Coal City. Outages happen. This is the second outage in the last year that I've had them. It's a longer than usual outage, but again, they do happen. Luckily my family it outside and enjoying the weather. So there is that. Hmmm would be cool if they had some sort of backup process to keep customers online during outages. Perhaps offering a Hotspot or integrating Hotspot capable hardware to act as a fail over, when the fiber loses connectivity. Again, it happens, but that's the internet. ????♂️

46516 Elkhart fiber just went out. Had no problems until 20 mins ago. Support had the nerve to tell me to restart my cellphone....like what?
