Summit is the worst internet & TV provider service we've ever had! Over the past 9 or 10 years we've had Direct TV, Spectrum & Fios- all with little or no problems whatsoever. Last Fall the Board of Directorsat Top of the World Clearwater took it upon themselves to change every Residentsinternet/TV service to Summit. This miserablecontract is for 10 long years!! Residents were unable to opt out of this. Our internet/tv was out for 3 full days in May. It went down for 2 hours mid-day last month. Now it's all out again since 4pm today. My husband performs vital services for his Employer & works on-line from home- when Summit is working. If he loses his job due to Summit's inability to provide stable consisteinternet , is Summit going to pay our Bills????33763 Clearwater

32824-Orlando internet been out since Thursday May 18, 2023 nothing has been resolved since then, been on the usual run around with customer service with high wait time, just to tell me to call back in 2 hours. With no information, every day have been calling and have been given several excuses as to why my service is not restored. Now they claim their system is down since 4am it is now 9pm. System is still down apparently. The worst service provider my family and I has ever had.

Apartment complex near a college, internet goes down almost every night and after every single storm. Living in Florida it’s a good thing we don’t get many storms! Oh fucking wait!

Jim H (Naples,FL) Broadband service went out this AM without notice with no updates on the help line. If its not urgent can the repairs be conducted at night. With so many virtual meeting during the day, downtime is critical.
