We decided to go with spectrum and bundle. Was told it was 5g however we have not had that. I know Helene is the reason it’s not working now but that was a week ago, this has been going on since January. Brightspeed and Direct tv was never this bad!

Ever since me and my family had gotten Spectrum, there's a few occasions where it says it's on yet there's no Wi-Fi. I reset the router 4 times today and it's been out since 2am over here. This wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't such a common occurrence, this happens so much that we just got used to it. In North Lewisburg OH

Ruskin fl 33586 please turn the Wi-Fi back on it’s been way to long for a small little storm and tv to it’s very annoying sitting in the dark and not knowing. What’s going on on the news should I evacuate I don’t know should I stay home I don’t know it’s just so annoying can we get like 2 days free without paying are internet bill or something

Tampa FL, internet goes out randomly all of the time. Spectrum is the most unreliable ISP I have ever had. Seek services elsewhere.

Spectrum down again. Always happens on a Friday when I'm working and resolves itself between 2 pm and 5 pm. Don't worry according to them there is no issue in the Orlando area.
