We had an outage last night (Dec 14) beginning around 23:45. Tried the usual methods to eliminate router issues, etc. Tried to contact Skyrunner website via Smartphone without success; it wouldn't load. Also tried calling the support phone number but got an "out of service" message. Feared Skyrunner had been hit by aliens or possibly paranoid meth heads. Still no internet at 3 a.m.; gave up and went to bed. Service was restored when I checked at noon today. Hope all is well on your end. From Nebo, NC, 28716 (South Mountain Tower)
