Millington TN 38053 my internet just went out!!! I cut the modem box off and unplugged it. When I do this the arrows are blue then they turn green with the arrow pointing downward like pointing to power button which blinks red instead of blue!!!! Please fix this!!

38053 Millington Shelby Forrest. Internet keeps going in and out! Been doing this for a pretty good while and I keeps messing up my security system. They need to get this fixed
